Who We Are

G5 Special Projects was formed in 2017 following a review of the services provided by Kennett Builders and the identification of a requirement to cater for commercial projects in the range of $10,000 to $5m for both our existing and future clients.

G5 Special Projects is part of the Kennett group and is co-located at their Brompton facility allowing G5 to share corporate services and resources.

G5 Special Projects is focussed on delivering commercial refurbishment and fitout projects. Our management has over 20 years experience in delivering both D&C and traditional build-only contracts in all areas of construction, including retail, health, hospitality, defence, education, residential and industrial projects.

John McCulloch

John McCulloch is the Manager of G5 Special Projects, which is a member of the Kennett Group of companies. John is the founding member of G5 Special Projects and has nurtured the growth of G5 within the Group to become its own entity. G5 is focussed on delivering commercial refurbishment and fitout projects. With over 20 years experience, John brings a wealth of knowledge to all G5 projects and he is well equipped with the necessary skills and professionalism to drive and deliver your next commercial project.
